SOCIAL RESPONSIBLITY

Does your business or employer offer you volunteer hours to use, have funds for causes you believe in or have a special interest in young divergent minds, early work skills or education?

Micro-Volunteering opportunities mentoring young neurodivergent people.

IMPACTFUL USE FOR ESG BUDGET

Equal Potential is a regulated not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and young people.

If your company is looking to enhance its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), then collaborating with Equal Potential CIC can be an impactful and meaningful way to make a positive impact in your local community.

By partnering with Equal Potential, your company could help provide essential resources, mentorship, and career guidance to neurodivergent young people - ensuring they have equal opportunities to succeed in their professional lives.

One popular idea is be to offer micro-volunteering opportunities for your employees to mentor neurodivergent young people for just a couple hours a month through Equal Potential's employability program. This not only benefits young people but also enriches your employees' experiences by fostering a sense of purpose and community involvement.

Additionally, your company could sponsor educational workshops whether for your staff to participate in - developing their compassion and understanding for people's differences, or sponsoring us to run these in schools or other organisations. You could even provide funding for resources such as books and learning materials. By aligning your ESG efforts with the mission of Equal Potential, you contribute to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for young people to thrive, ultimately making a lasting difference in the lives of many.
