Employability Programme

In 2023-2024, we were funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, to set up a specialist job club within the local job centre, supporting neurodivergent young adults who were long-term unemployed.

The national employment rate for autistic and ADHD adults is only 22%, and so it is clear to say there was an overwhelming demand for support.

We are really proud that, during the 12 month our pilot project ran, we achieved over 60% of participants we worked with were offered employment. â€‹

We now run as a local Job Club every Wednesday morning (term-time only) in Farnborough Library, funded by Rushmoor Borough Council.  If you would like to join our job club, please feel free to turn up on the day, or fill in the form below if you would like to chat to us and let us know you are coming!
