Are you a Charity or Not-For-Profit?

We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC), working towards our charitable objectives. Any donations you make towards any services we offer go towards creating more opportunities for you and your young people.

What are your rates?

Our consultancy services are discussed on a case by case basis, whether you just need a guest speaker for a training session or a complete top to bottom overhaul we can help. We are competitively priced, but also every penny gets funnelled back into our work as a not-for-profit CIC to produce resources for businesses and parents, as well as benefit our community outreach programmes.

Training

Our Immersive Neurodivergence Training Experiences offer your team an opportunity to experience, first hand, some of the challenges your neurodivergent staff may be dealing with every day. â€‹

With a focus on compassion, communication and collaborative solutions, this workshop aims to solidify understanding, inspire and offer practical guidance to make real lasting change in your company ethos. 

Consultancy

We offer a fully comprehensive consultancy for active inclusion. This means attending on site and using anonymous staff surveys and our diverse criteria, to assess current accessibility challenges. Developing a fully customised roadmap for your business, factoring in staff, leadership and even client challenges.

We deliver immersive neurodiversity training to every member of staff, offering in depth support and guidance to leadership teams and those responsible for recruitment throughout the process. Further anonymous surveys complete the process at staged intervals to ensure lasting intentional ethos change.
