About Us
300 Families in 2 years
Equal Potential CIC are an experience-led organisation, founded in 2023 by Natalie (an ex-teacher turned social entrepreneur). We’ve received a fantastic welcome into the non-profit community, and have found a lot of support and demand for the services we offer. We have had over 300 families partake in our community outreach services in the first two years, and are continuing to grow this by the day. In just two years, we have grown to a team of six members of staff, as well as a growing team of volunteers.

Improving Employment Prospects
As a non-profit organisation, every penny of profit from our corporate consultancy services goes directly to supporting local neurodivergent young people attending one of our community outreach programmes. We offer comprehensive immersive neurodiversity training, consultancy and advice, as well as community outreach designed to improve employment prospects for neurodivergent young people, and improve retention & recruitment rates for employers.
Multi-Award Winning
In 2024, we are extremely proud to have been awarded the Unltd Access to Employment Award for social entrepreneurs, which had over 2000 entries. Their support in our social venture has been exceptional, and has allowed us to grow rapidly as an organisation in our first few years, providing support for many families and local organisations. Then in 2025, we were awarded the Community Impact Award at the Pride of Rushmoor Community Awards.
