Welcome to Equal Potential CIC, where we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive. As a not-for-profit organization, we are dedicated to supporting young individuals, and especially those with SEN needs, to access education, training, and, eventually, the workplace. Our vibrant clubs and groups are designed to help them build essential skills, forge meaningful friendships and discover their unique potential. Our CPD accredited courses, consultancy and training for parents and professionals will also help ensure your practices foster these things too.
At Equal Potential CIC, we understand the importance of fostering independence and providing real-world opportunities. We connect young people with valuable work experiences and community, empowering them to confidently step into their future.
As professionals working with young people who may be struggling to access school, college or work, is electively home educated, flexischooled or currently out of education, it is our mission to support you to ensure your diversity and inclusion practices help them to unlock their potential and create pathways to success for your young people.

Welcome to Equal Potential CIC, where we empower children and young adults who are not currently accessing education or training, are attending SEN or mainstream school but are maybe having a tough time, are home educating, or transitioning into the workplace. Our mission is to provide the support and resources needed to unlock each individual's unique potential.
We understand the challenges you face in guiding the education and personal development of the young people you work with. Our platform offers tailored resources, expert advice & a supportive community to help you navigate these critical stages.

Are you a Charity or Not-For-Profit?
We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC), working towards our charitable objectives. Any donations you make towards any services we offer go towards creating more opportunities for you and your young people.
Do you charge for your clubs?
Most of our clubs and events are free or are a very low cost, where we do decide to include a small cost this is a donation towards resources, room hire or expertise to ensure the service is a great quality. We will from time to time run fundraising events where the goal will be to raise money for future projects.
